I have the drooling smilies (thanks to kiwi!) and was hunting for a big eye rolling one last night but haven't got one yet.

I've been on the hunt again for smilies that fit the theme and I found some great ones! I shall add them tomorrow.

Signature characters fixed

I changed the maximum signature characters from 255 to 500 and from 1 link to 2 links.

Thanks for alerting me, there are so many options in this admin control panel, it's all a work in progress.

Now to find out why this forum doesn't parse image widths and thus why we can't post images other than those hosted on my own server ...

I have just enabled attachments to posts (but not to private messages) because of the ongoing problems with displaying to images. I have not found a solution for the latter yet (sorry that means at the moment no images in sigs, but I'm still investigating) but have enabled the uploading/attaching of images to posts, so that you can display the images within the post, after all. The upload function is underneath the posting box.

The max size of a picture it 300kb, so that should be plenty, but I had to set a max size for the directory, so be choosy what you upload.

You can currently attach 3 pictures max to a post, do let me know if you feel this is sufficient or if you'd like me to up this number.

Yes, indeed, even more. I also organised the existing ones so that they should be in better thematic order.

The forum had a blip yesterday, the SQL data table was corrupted - whatever that means! I have no idea. Asher pointed it out to me, thankfully, that errors were thrown up all over the place. My wonderful host, the folks my website has been with for nearly 10 years, and who installed this forum, fixed it within an hour! It's good to have such reliable service.
